ZF16 gears transmission, no hydraulic retarder; Meritor axle; 12R22.5 tire;
Now the truck owner says the ESC light is on. Let’s take a look at this problem!
1. DTC: U1E3400 ( yaw rate sensor - incorrect signal);
Please check the sensor installation status, speed calibration, and configuration parameters; because the sensor runs through CAN, there is no need to inspect the CAN;
From difficulty to easy: speed controller correction value UL >>>> yaw rate sensor status>>> computer board program refresh
2. See the speed controller data stream by IDSS and get the current correct code AF; discrepancy in the list, and set up the recommended A0 finally;

3. No crash damage to the sensor casing, the sensor model is confirmed (universal 12V); Check out the installation position and clearly the sensor tilts to the right due to the crooked sensor bracket.
1. Install a one-size smaller bolt, adjust the level between the sensor and the truck body, and do a new test run; at last the ESC is back to normal.
2. Double fix the bracket through welding.
To sum up the above, if you see any abnormal, pull over and check out; if you are still confused, welcome you to contact us at any time!
