DTC P2200 ( Internal circuit error at the NOx sensor of the exhaust inlet)
DTC P220E ( Exhaust inlet NOx sensor heater -- rate of change abnormal--)
1. Open circuit of the power supply line
2. Supply voltage too high/too low
3. Incorrect part number of the NOx sensor
4. NOx sensor error
The grey plug is the inlet nitrogen oxygen sensor
1. See if the part number of the NOx sensor is correct;
2. Check if the feeler pin of the exhaust harness is dirty or damaged;
3. See if the voltage between the positive power supply of the NOx sensor and the ground is consistent with the power supply voltage;
4. Check if the voltage between 24V power supply signal line and the circuit is 18-32V.
5. Replace the NOx sensor if the above inspections are all normal.
After repair, start the engine, and the exhaust temperature reaches 200 ℃ for 5 minutes.
