1.1 Shengrui longitudinal 8AT transmission fuel replacement cycle:
The first time should be 2 years/ 60,000 km, later we kindly advise to do fuel replacement as per 3 years/ 60, 000 km.
NOTE: If it's the first time to do fuel replacement, the oil pump filter should be replaced too.
1.2 Transmission Model: Shengrui ATF SS-VIII-L, Standard oil content is 10±0.3L;
1.3 Filling volume(Gravity oil replacement method):
The first time should be 9±0.1LL(It depends on actual oil level); Later, it should be 8±0.1L(It depends on actual oil level);
2.1 Transmission oil inlet and outlet shown with below pictures:
2.2 Steps of replacing transmission oil:
(1) Driving the vehicle to the position where there is special elevator or special trench, pulling up the handbrake to stop it, and well fixing to prevent sliding;
(2) Removing the oil drain plug at the bottom of the oil to drain the transmission oil (dripping).
(3) Removing the oil pan fault bolt and remove the oil pan;
(4) Removing oil pump filter;
(5) Cleaning up the main shell and the oil pan, then check;
(6) Installing new oil pump filter;
(7) Replacing the oil pan gasket, install the oil pan, and tighten the fixing bolts as specified;
(8) Replacing the copper gasket of the oil drain plug, and tightening the torque of the oil drain bolt as specified;
(9) Remove refueling bolt;
(10) Filling the ATF oil for transmission.
(11) After the filling, confirm whether the oil level meets the requirements;
(12) After confirming that the oil level meets the requirements, replace the copper gasket and tighten the refueling bolt according to the requirements;
(13) Cleaning up the residual oil trace on the surface of the gearbox and restoring the vehicle.
(14) Starting the engine, switch N-R-N-D gear in static state, and each gear for 5 seconds for 3 cycles, and then conduct dynamic test with a mileage of more than 2 km, after the test, check whether there is oil leakage.
NOTES:
(1) During maintenance, ensure that the transmission oil is in a hot state with temperature which is> 40℃.
(2) During maintenance, oil drain plug copper gasket of oil pan , refueling bolt copper gasket, filter (if it's first maintenance), oil pan gasket (if it's first maintenance) should be replaced;
(3) Only the transmission ATF oil specified by the manufacturer is allowed to be used, and others shall not be used;
(4) When wiping the oil level check bolts, use no velvet paper, do not use cloth to wipe;
(5) In the process, preventing the oil from falling, so as not to fall on the high temperature parts, if there is falling, it should be timely treatment and wipe;
(6) When filling oil, other liquids should not being mixed into the transmission oil or the transmission, so as to avoid emulsification or failure of the transmission oil and damage to the transmission.
(7) In the process of vehicle maintenance, for the need to remove the transmission or the external connection oil pipe, the transmission oil cooling parts, after the maintenance recovery, it is necessary to check the transmission oil level to confirm if the oil level meets the requirements.
