The system fault light comes on on the dashboard, the water temperature is -40 degrees, and the air brake pressure is insufficient.
According to system fault light, it should be problem with the temperature sensor of the computer board or the motor controller.
3.1 It was found that there are multiple faults such as DCDC and DCAC through collecting messages.
3.2 First checking whether there is any problem with the VCU relay in the chassis wiring harness relay box.
3.3 Then judge whether the computer board has fault or the computer board power line is faulty. Check the computer board plug 15 horn for 24V power supply, if there is power supply, judge the computer board problem, no 24V power, check the power supply line of the computer board.
