For Qingling Isuzu Euro VI FVR model, if you experience similar symptoms: the 6HK1-TCG61 check engine light is on along with limited torque and diagnostic trouble codes, for instance, P10600 Crawl mode activated, P05EE Open-circuit fault of urea drive circuit, P20A0 Urea recirculation pump drive circuit is open, U010E AdBlue supply unit communication fault, P204A AdBlue pressure sensor input voltage too high.

Urea pump plug-in
1. Disconnect the AdBlue pump plug, and start the vehicle; as the picture shows the black pen is grounded, then the voltage shown should be 0 when the tip of the red pen touches the number 8 spot.
2. Repeat steps as above, then the voltage shown should be 24V when the tip of the red pen touches the number 9 spot.
3. Repeat steps as above, then the voltage shown should be 3.5V when the tip of the red pen touches the number 10 spot.
4. Repeat steps as above, then the voltage shown should be 3.5V when the tip of the red pen touches the number 11 spot.
5. Repeat steps as above, then the voltage shown should be 3.5V when the tip of the red pen touches the number 12 spot.
6. If all the above tests are correct, measure the resistance of the AdBlue pump corresponding to 11 and 12, the valid resistance value is as the picture shows.
If all of the above are correct, replace the damaged AdBlue pump assembly.
