Qingling GIGA VC61 6x4 10 Wheeler Concrete Mixer Truck

The concrete mixer truck is mainly composed of the chassis and the upper part, which can be simply divided into ten parts: chassis system, hydraulic transmission system, mixing tank, discharge system, cleaning system, subframe, manipulation system, bracket system, feeding system and circuit system.

1. Chassis system: the main component of the mixer truck, the whole concrete mixer truck's transport function is realized by the QINGLING ISUZU GIGA VC61 chassis.

QINGLING ISUZU's GIGA VC61 chassis has simple design , lightweight and fuel-efficient as quality. Control the width of the front of the cabin, optimize the wind resistance flow direction of the front corners of the vehicle, and adopt a streamlined shape to reduce the wind resistance to the side of the rear body, obtain the best aerodynamic perfromance, and help improve fuel consumption.

The chassis uses a 6U engine model with maximum 380 horsepower. 6x4 drive type and 10 wheels. The use of a high-quality ZF gearbox, a high-torque engine with a 8-speed transmission and a medium rear axle speed ratio make the engine always in the most economical speed range. That reduces vehicle fuel consumption.

Pursue the fuel consumption perfromance of the practical speed with high frequency of use, from supercharging to cooling, fuel injection, and the pursuit of maximizing the reduction of fuel costs. 2. Hydraulic transmission system: the engine power taken out by the PTO is transfromed into hydraulic energy and then outputted into mechanical energy by the motor, to provide power for the rotation of the mixing tank.

3. Mixing tank: The mixing tank is the key component of the whole concrete mixer, it is the container for storing concrete and plays a decisive role in preventing concrete curing and segregation. There are blades inside the tank, which mainly play the role of mixing and guiding concrete.

4. Discharge system: It mainly consists of the main discharge chute, secondary discharge chute and locking bar, etc. The secondary discharge chute plays the role of extending the length of the main discharge chute.

5. Cleaning system: The cleaning system is mainly composed of pressure water tank, water gun, water pipe, valve and so on. The main function is to rinse the hopper after loading and rinse the mixing cylinder and discharge chute after discharging to prevent the concrete from bonding.

6. Subframe: The subframe of the mixer truck is the main load-bearing part, and the load during operation is almost always supported through it and then transferred to the chassis.

The subframe also plays the role of relieving the bumps on the road and the impact load fromed by deceleration. The entire subframe consists of the main beam, the front support frame and the back support frame.

7. Manipulation system: The manipulation system consists of controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft and linkage mechanism, which mainly controls the rotational speed and rotation direction of the mixing cylinder.

8. Bracket system: The rear part of the mixing tank who is connected to the subframe, mainly plays the role of supporting the drum body.

9. Feeding system: It mainly consists of feeding hopper and bracket. As the feeding hopper is subject to impact and wear, the material is required to have good wear resistance, while the bracket mainly plays the role of reducing the impact.

10. Circuit system: It mainly refers to the entire circuit of the mixer truck, including the tail light, side marker light, gallery light and cooling fan motor of the whole truck.
